Winter tried to make a comeback the weeks prior to the camporee, but fairer weather prevailed. A weekend of ’70 degree weather without a cloud in the sky welcomed the troop to spring camping, and the boys did a great job banding together to compete against other troops in several competitions – even in the cargo net competition.
Pictures are a little sparse on this trip, since most of the scoutmasters / council members were tasked to man different stations to help make the weekend events flow smoothly. Additional pictures can be seen here.
