Winter camporee is a "drive up" campout where each troop competes against each other on skills like lashing, backpacking & cooking.
There are some campouts where it doesn’t rain - unfortunately, this wasn’t one. We broke camp early before the rain turned into an ice storm but had lots of fun for the time we were there. Take a look at the pictures - this campout marked the beginning of the tarp wars, only to be bested by the Lynch 20′ x 40′ monstrosity unleashed on an unsuspecting troop at the 2006 Spring Camporee.
